We work with hundreds of local venues, convention centers, and international brand hotels to help you find the location best suited to your unique event.
We understand the frustrations of dealing with the long and complicated customs process. For every destination we cover, we provide services to help you, your guests, and your belongings travel to where you need to be.
We are able to offer group discounts without a down payment or security deposit even for multiple hotels. There will be a group number associated with the discount.
We provide personal, shared, and chartered buses for transportation services.
We provide translation and interperetation in Afrikaans, Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portugese, Russian, Spanish, Somali, Swahili, and Turkish.
Yes, we offer printing services for booklets, signs, banners, and other print products needed for events.

Yes, we work with our preferred suppliers. We build schemes for small, medium and large exhibitions. We have a network of suppliers regionally to manage and oversee shell scheme projects.
